Last night Commandant JDman and I worked on resolving a critical problem in our clan's infrastructure. 80% of the UMC was overdue for promotions. While this may not seem like an issue, it will cause issues in the long term when we try and find replacements for our current leadership.
Upward mobility in the UMC is quite easy. Earn your days, earn reputation points, and you'll be able to rank up. It's up to you to remember when you can or can't get promoted.
To try and reset the ranking structure, JDman and I went through and issued promotions to members who had met the requirements for the new ranks. Below, I have recorded who exactly has been given a promotion and their new rank.
Please make sure you stay up-to-date on promotions. I will be talking with our UMC leadership to make sure they are issuing promotions to members who have shown activity and involvement in clan events.

To those who were less active, you received either no promotion or just a promotion of 1 rank (when you could have been promoted up to 3 ranks).
