| Good evening ladies and gentlemen of The Confederation,
Recently the CRA as well as The Confederations officers have been working hard to recruit new cadets and keep then active as well as interested in the clan. Recently Sky Marshall Daedalus has requested that we leave at least two slots open in the clan so that he may recruit possible Masters and future Keepers. I believe we are almost to our cap if I counted correctly and should allow the Sky Marshall the slots he requested for the betterment of the clan. This goes out to all those who have the ability to recruit to monitor how close the clan is to it's cap. That is all.

| This is a great way to start the year! I am so proud of my CRA team. You men are dedicated and work hard! The member limit will not last long, as we have many inactive members. Soon they will be removed and we will get back to recruiting, and growing the clan. In the mean time, lets focus on getting these new cadets active, and too pass there tests.

I'm glad to see our recruitment team and other officers getting to work on our recruitment problem. Please remember that Cadets also need to pass their Cadet Test or they will be removed in the middle of the month. Keep up the great work! I am very proud of the accomplishment and hard work that you all have shown.
