I was talking to InGt's captain, Jekku, earlier tonight and we got the idea going of making a public list of clan captains/contacts for organizing clanwars and events. I'll be maintaining this list with new additions and updates as they come in.

Edit: Rather than listing who to contact, I'm going to just link & list a bunch of active clans; you'll have to find online officers/leaders in their members lists.
