I will be entirely clear, ConFed does not condone hacking and it is a banning offense.
ConFed Keepers, I'm asking each of you to look at this replay and reply to this thread with your own personal judgement. After one week or after we have a response from each keeper, whichever happens first, ProPenguin will be banned or not based on majority vote of the keepers on if he is hacking in the replay.
ProPenguin, I want you to understand that we are giving you a fair shake here.
Understand, in the future this is how all such accusations will be handled.
On another note, I implore all of our players to avoid even the appearance of impropriety.
Now that that has been handled, who is this "Confed_equals_no_Hax" person? I've never heard of this "HPC" horseshit.

Whoever it is is representing us very poorly. I see that it is a brand new account on TL with like 4 posts total.
I expect anyone from ConFed posting in this thread on TL to reply here with the TL handle they are using so we can keep track of who is saying what.

| I honestly didnt see much to confirm that he was hacking. I wouldnt have even considered it if i wast specifically looking for it. The scan that proxy mentioned seemed fine as he knew that the units were going near his morphing command center from the minimap and he could have easily scanned to check if they were there or had gone back. I didnt really see much to condemn him.

| Before I watch this replay I will make a couple comment.
The person they describe in that post as "hacked in clan war before" is me. Which obviously was untrue.
Secondly, the person he was playing against was "GM", ParaOP Iris was the one to point the MH finger at me and he is GM in Legacy.
Thirdly, I disagree with the way this is being handled. It takes 1-3 people to jump into the replay with the person who is spreading the allegations to dismiss them properly. Very poorly handled. If I was ProPenguin I would be thinking about finding another community to spend my time.
Now I will watch the replay.

| I was right beyond a doubt that it was ParaOP Iris spreading the same shit again. Last time they threatened to clip his tag. Someone should be going to their HC about this. He just harasses people for Hacking all day. I watched his stream and every other game the other player is "hacking".
He is just an IDIOT.
I have no reason to watch this replay as I know without a doubt that ProPenguin is NOT hacking. I am disappointed in anyone else who just jumped on that band wagon.
We should be discussing different venues to deal with this sort of thing. I am embarrassed for us.

| The usual way hacking allegations are dealt with is that we take the person accusing (if they are a member) into the replay with the keepers for them to give their argument.
In this case it is someone out of clan so it already has lower merit (As you mentioned EZWarlordz). Usually this is done in private.
I agree, I don't think he is hacking at all, the entire thing looks like a setup.

No, this is a public accusation that has been made on TL and we are handling it publicly. There will be no moving of the thread.

I have further linked this thread from the TL one. Backpedaling of these kind of things is how rumors start and spread. We are being totally transparent here and there will be no room for people to argue otherwise.

We certainly do have the option of approaching ParaOP's mgmt if this guy is a serial accuser in the style of avilo. If anyone has contact information for their mgmt, please send it to me in a private message. Google didn't turn up anything except for some in game names from 2014 and this Iris guy himself.

However, There is some good news this morning. I asked the TL moderators to look into this "Confed_equals_no_Hax" account. As everyone should be aware TL has a reputation for for their moderation. It would seem to be well deserved:

| I am not in keepers but watched the replay regardless. I see nothing that would indicate that penguin is hacking whatsoever. The points Iris raised are not even remotely suspicious, plus there were a lot bad decisions which penguin would have definitely avoided if he maphacked.
We should really try to talk to ParaOP's management if Iris really accuses so many people. It's one thing to call some randoms hacker on his stream (bad enough), but making public post which harm the individual's reputation and the one of their associated clan is just simply careless behaviour which needs to be stopped asap.
I used to do some stuff. Now I don't anymore.

| After watching the replay, if anyone was hacking it was iris. All his unit composition decisions were blind and hard countering. He repositioned his army for every one of pro penguin's attacks, and change dhis composition as the production changed for penguin. When penguin dropped 3 starports, iris started making cyclones, even though his only information at the time was bio tank. Also, iris was positionging his army perfectly to attack penguin over and over, wherever penguin moved his army, iris attacked iwth a bigger force. This is all a joke, and to be honest anything anyone posts from all thing terran or any of the scrub-reddits, it's just a bunch of crying diamonds that make up for being shit at this game by making endless posts on forums to try to make their irrelevancy less painful. I dont even like penguin and this is fucking stupid.
