| Dear members of The Confederation,
I would like to inform you all that I've decided to take a step back from the responsibilities as Clan President. I have promoted Remo to President of The Confederation. Remo has promoted Darwin to Vice President. Remo has offered me the position of Security Advisor.
It's not only an experience, but a privilege to serve in The Confederation. The best part in my opinion of being in The Confederation, is the opportunity to meet new people and forge new friends. I've seen the faces of hundreds of amazing individuals and I hope to see many more as Security Advisor.
There is no other personnel in The Confederation that I trust more than Remo and Darwin, and I hope you all feel the same way. They will guide and lead this Clan into a positive future into and beyond in Legacy of The Void. Please give them each your best salute.
Before I close this post I'd like to give everyone a few words of wisdom; Respect Rank and do all things with kindness.

Thank you guys, I appreciate the trust you have placed in me and I will endeavor to do the best for this clan as I am able.
Crunchy, you have been an incredible leader for so long with a confed history reaching back to before you got banned in broodwar to reviving the clan for starcraft2 and more work and dedication than any of us realize. We honor your service.

I'd like to formally announce the following two changes to the command structure:
Vice President Darwin
Darwin, you have my full faith and confidence as Vice President. You have demonstrated your commitment to the clan, maturity and good sense. I look forward to having you as my second in command.

Security Adviser Crunchy
Crunchy, as security adviser you will be responsible for a number of backend tasks around teamspeak and the website. However, the value you will bring the most will be your advice and wisdom. I look forward to your guidance.

All that said, I have the following goals for the clan until the release of Legacy of the Void:
- Recruitment
Recruitment has been at a bit of a lull lately. I would like to encourage all of you to actively recruit, particularly when you are laddering. If you play someone without a tag, message them!
We will be having some recruitment themed events in the near future, social media and other structured attempts to drive recruitment but the single most effective method is our rank and file members out there on the ladder.
Step to it!
- Events
I don't want to steal anyone's thunder but we have some new events coming down the pipeline soon. It is my intention that we have a continuous string of events so that nobody is ever bored. Some of these will be unique and some will be recurring. Stay tuned.
- Fun
I want everyone to have fun. How much fun?
This much fun!
