| Nico, I edited your post so we can see the comics. I hope you don't mind.
I see there towards the end you started using speech bubbles. If I can make a suggestion, when you want to overlay text without a solid background, use a font that includes a black border around the white text.

I like that you have numbered the scenes. Even so, you might want to try to maintain a more regular frame size. It might help to take your screenshots at a dramatically higher resolution so that you can downscale without losing quality. This might be hard to do depending on your hardware. Alternately, you might try selecting your regions liberally then in a second editor crop to your exact dimensions rather than try to select exactly the region you want to start with a mouse.
