Note to Officers/Admins

I found a full-time job finally. As I've formerly been available 24/7 while being active in games throughout the middle of the night EST (nightshift since Feb. 2014), my availability to ConFed has changed to the following:

Mon - Fri: 4-11 PM EST
Sat: varies
Sun: OFF subject to changes

Please make the proper adjustments. I recommend making/adding another officer or two to compensate. If you wish to find a replacement Ensign, feel free, I won't mind, although I'll take note if it's through a personal ambition. Either way, I gotta make bread.

*THIS IS NOT AN NOTICE OF INACTIVITY*

Even though I'll be less available, I still aim to help fill up [xCFx] as we've been trying since it's creation. If it's dire, I will give out my cell, although I don't believe that will be necessary.

Please consider this as a casual reminder of my whereabouts, as not making a thread like this during my Season 2 of Diablo III wasn't taken as well as it should have been. GLHF, enjoy your games!

thx, hope everyone who matters reads this and take my post seriously. i dont wanna get demoted for not being as active, and i really think it'd be a good idea to bring on 1 or 2 more officers to fill in the time i've been available. we still gotta have officers for [xCFx] active at all times so newcommers can get tagged up.

if [xcf] fills up, we got another tag meaning another division of 100 members. this will give us all a chance to move up and take on more responsibility as we all learn how to manage a group this big. glhf all! plz try n communicate w/ each other on a professional level, we gotta all turn together for a common goal and limit the cliques and small groups that seem to divide us socially and learn how to get along w ALL members and not avoid working as a team. This is my goal anyway, and I think it's the proper direction we ought to head in.

lemme know who agrees, and if not, share your opinions and let's discuss the inevitable compromise as we all play our parts.
