| The weekend is coming guys!
Let's get some activity going in the community chat. If people sign on and see a dead channel, they'll sign off immediately or leave. CMON! Let's start getting everything bubbling and brewing for the weekend! There's some things we need to work on this weekend, so please help out.
- Community Chat activity; let's get it popping and active with games!
- Friendship ; get to know one another. help each other improve. play with each other. build friendship, and become more familiar with one another.
- Membership knowledge: who's who. Get to know your officers. Get to know who you're working with in the clan. Start introducing yourselves if you're new. Know who the leaders are, and who to go to if you need something specific.
- Diplomacy; start becoming friendly with other clans. We can build more events and friendly CWs by being friendly with members of other clans. We want to make more friends and improve our relationships with all the groups on NA.
- Duties: Promotions, Inactives, event planning, ideas; communicate with your kinsmen about ideas. Post your organized concepts on the forums, and keep an open-mind on anything we may need to look at or change over the weekend.
- Respect and Congratulations! Congratulate your clansmen on their promotions and rewards. Congratulate Remo on getting the Medal of Honor!
- HAVE FUN! Keep an open mind! have fun this weekend! Report any bad behavior, practice your builds, spread information, and keep making ConFed the awesome community it is!
