| Found this cool article on IGN today.
"Online gaming veteran Mark Kern has founded MEK Entertainment.
The newly minted studio is currently working on what it describes as a "gaming universe" for the Oculus Rift, according to GamesIndustry.biz. The project is currently unnamed, but it features procedurally generated landscapes with a focus on the creative contributions of its players.
MEK Entertainment's lineup includes former employees of companies such as Activision Blizzard, Oculus VR, and Id Software."

| I've always thought the OR would be sorta like the kinect. With the Kinect, you can stand up, interact with the game and it requires you to be more involved physically. The OR would be something similar, whereas you can't just sit on your couch and hang out right? Who wants an expensive kinect?
I don't see it changing the gaming industry anytime soon...yet.

| Sounds pretty sick, I was sad to see bliz sell out nice to see a reemergence back into the scene especially for virtual reality. Considering with entertainment the more immersion you can acquire the more real it becomes (derpderp). Cant wait to see the out come of MEK ent.
kewl stufz, WarMac out.
