| I just wanted to bring up a general discussion regarding a common tvz opening. A lot of T's go early reapers into fast cc, hellion follow up. But at this point, I have a hard time deciding whether to stay on these 2 bases and build up or add on the fast 3rd cc. I find if I stay on a 2 base timing, I can do quite the damage with blue flam (if z doesn't rush to Roaches)... but if I go that fast 3rd cc... I find I can't put enough pressure on Z and he gets quickly to 3-4 bases and his army comp is too strong.
I know there are so many variables... and for this argument I'm just talking if the T goes Bio...
Thanks

| I find that going from a Reaper FE into 3CC with a hellion follow-up allows me to contain a zerg on 2-base unless they over-make lings(Which means even less drones) or rush to roaches which most probably means an all-in is coming. Your hellion/Reaper micro just has to be good enough to kill lings off while prolonging their third from going up.
