| 0. open promotions board and find an cadet->private promotion post that hasn't been done yet
1. open promotion post in its own tab
2. open forum members list in another tab
3. find user in question in forum members list
4. open user profile
5. change forum group to Graduate
6. click star icon, update date
This has been deprecated because last promotion date is now automatically tracked by the rosters page
7. copy the ucoz forum profile url, you will need this in a later step
8. open rosters page in its own tab
9. figure out which ship the new private will be assigned to, this will normally be the ship with the least members
10. at the bottom of the rosters page click new member
11. paste in the ucoz forum profile url
12. use the iframe at the bottom that points at nios.kr to find the player's battlenet profile url
13. paste in the battlenet profile url
14. use the instructions at the top to change the battlenet profile url to a battlenet api url
15. select the ship you want the player to go on in the group field
16. click submit query
17. go back to promotion post tab
18. replay with "updated"
19. go back to the members list tab and find the users profile again
20. doublecheck user profile has new date and the group is set to graduate
21. go back to rosters page tab
22. doublecheck they exist, are on the correct ship, have the rank of private and that the cfUcozProfileUrl and cfBnetApiUrl links are set correctly
23. announce promotion in teamspeak and in community channel in game
"Everyone please salute our newest Private, INSERT_NAME_HERE of the INSERT_SHIP_NAME_HERE! *salutes*
24. go back to the members list and take note of the recruiter
25. go to the awards section of the forums and post a new award for them there, confederation star - recruitment. note the date and name of the member recruited.
These last two in bold are new steps, don't forget them.
