4. open user profile
5. click star icon, update date

7. find user on rosters page
8. click user on rosters page
9. click change rank
10. change rank to new rank
11. go back to promotion post tab
12. replay with "updated"
13. go back to members list tab
14. doublecheck user profile has new date
