| 0. open promotions board and find an inactive post that hasn't been done yet
1. open promotion post in its own tab
2. open forum members list in another tab
3. find user in question in forum members list
4. open user profile
5. change group to inactive
6. click star icon, update date
This has been deprecated because last promotion date is now automatically tracked by the rosters page
7. open rosters page in its own tab
8. find user on rosters page
9. click user on rosters page
10. click change group
11. change group to inactive
12. go in game and find user on clantag and add to friends list
13. remove user from clantag
14. go back to promotion post tab
15. replay with "updated"
16. go back to members list tab
17. doublecheck user profile as inactive
18. go back to rosters page tab
19. doublecheck they are no longer on rosters page
20. go back in game doublecheck they are no longer wearing clantag (this is why you added to friends list
21. remove from friends list (or not)
