| Hello Officer,
Welcome to ConFed's new Event Scheduling system. We're going to make it very easy for any Officer (Ensign+) to schedule an Event.
First, please make sure that you are scheduling your Event at least 7 days advance of when you plan to hold your event and it is not in conflict with another Event. This way there will be plenty of time for advertising and preparation on your end.
All you need to do is come up with an Event that you'd like to host. Examples include; organized practice, Arcade Night, 1v1 Peep Mode, King of the hill competition, etc. Feel free to make your event only available for specific leagues too! We want to have diversity in our Events. Once you have an Event you'd like to host, please follow the process below.
1. Create a new thread titled the name and date of your Event. EX: Arcade Night - 1/6/15
2. Fill out the body of the thread with basic information about the Event. Such as the time and date, what the Event is all about, rules, leagues, etc. If you need a sign up page, that can be arranged.
3. The Domestic Advisor will review this Forum daily. If your Event is approved, it will be posted on our Community Events tab and on our Website. Your thread will be replied to stating if it will be approved or not.
4. Remember, you are representing the Clan every time you host an Event. You make a strong impression on our membership. If you schedule an Event, please be on time and prepared to run it. If complications arise, contact the Fleet Admiral or High Command as soon possible.

Note: Not all events will have a banner made for them. Banners are created when time allows us to.
