Personally when I recruit people I make them post immediately before I give the clantag or ts info such that they never get stuck as cadets. Other people just give them the link to the website and the clantag and hope that they post sometime later.

These two lines, as with the ones from the earlier post are copy pasted from the forums member list. You can sort by registration date, go the the end and see the most recently registered people.
For that matter Sauru - Private, Persues - Private, Noobling - Private, Zephyr - Private while all posted to the promotions board have not yet been formally processed.
I would like to suggest that we copy the content of this thread to the one in the main forum section and keep it updated in parallel. This will keep the recruitment drive thread constantly bumped and will provide the rank and file encouragement. As is we have this tracking of progress and almost nobody will ever see it.
