| I don't know if the State of the Clan can still be edited but I assume the new Ship name is "Meridian" not "Merdian". Sorry for my OCD on that.
One thought I have is just a little nervousness about the 16 year old age requirement. Since I'm 30, my first instinct is to agree wholeheartedly with it. However, if you consider the most talented new players in SC2, they are typically only 14-17 when they come around (names that come to mind are Neeb 16, HeroMarine 16, Xenocider 15 maybe 16 now?, not to mention all the young Koreans. Maybe this isn't a real concern for our clan, but if we find someone who is really good at SC2 and is that young we could not allow him in our clan.
Other than that, I'm excited to meet all our new people as we grow and develop a stronger core in each and every league!

| Greetings,
First off I am extremely excited for the Clan Expansion as it will allow us to create a larger community and in turn a community that will have a more diverse makeup. We will really be able to see our clan thrive and reach its potential.
On the age requirement issue, this issue has been discussed and it will be edited to reflect a more inclusive policy and allow those of any age, as long as they demonstrate maturity in the community, will be allowed to join.

| I'm glad that the age restriction is being edited because how many of us joined before we were 16, i know i did, and our current Commandant is under 16. I agree with the maturity, as long as they are not incessantly immature then that person should be allowed to join! and about expanding, I am excited because we can double or nearly triple the amount of members that are super active with an extra 100 people making tournaments more fun and such.

| I am excited for the clan expansion I have been pushing for it since January. Having said that we need too be sure that we prepare the community as a whole for this expansion. With three new ships we will need three new captains. The new clan will fill fast. So we must encourage new members too strive for leadership positions. Also as far as the age requirement, the old clan had a website registration age requirement of 13. This seemed too work quite well. And along with what faded said many of our former and current members who held the rank of captain or higher were under sixteen when they first joined. I believe our laws of respect, and people who take them seriously, will be able to monitor any age related immaturity problems so I too hope it is edited

| I'm excited about the 100 new faces that I will meet, whilst enlisting them into ConFed.
I am also excited at the opportunity to command my own fleet, as I've been waiting for the opportunity
to do so for quite some time 
I don't have too many complaints about the age requirement (I'm turning 16 in a few months).
The clan I was in before for a while, Clan RH, had an age requirement of 18 if i remember correctly.
Although I do believe that anyone of any age can learn respect and be an outstanding human being, those closer to adult-age will do better in this regard usually, so better safe than sorry I guess.
In any case, let's watch the Clan grow and make it happen!

| awwww. I wanted to be special by turning 16 in a few days. 
Hey it's for the best, age shouldn't be a factor, some are mature and respectful and I think everyone deserves a chance to show what they can do.

| 13 seems reasonable, still, kids complain, always have and always will, they wont agree with everything ConFed does, but its just something we all have to deal with

| Hello,
The idea behind the age limit is to show we have some kind of structure in place and to help ward off potential immature kids.
Obviously we will always have to deal with some sort of issues. But at least we can say we have something in place.

| I just want to point something out that happened Saturday that made me super giddy. While the 2v2 tournament was going on Saturday there were 30+ people in the ConFed community channel, and the vast majority of them were active and engaged in gaming or discussion. Some of the games of the final series in the 2v2 tournament had a full house as well. This is exciting times my friends, the huge increase in activity and the new faces are incredibly refreshing.
