| What are your thoughts? @everyone is a great way too immediately contact everyone on our discord. This is a great tool too connect with those who don't use our voice servers. Communication is key in a large gaming community like ours. All feedback is fair game speak your mind.

| This is mainly brought up b/c of my own complaint that JDMan uses the @everyone command in Discord too much.
I'm all for keeping @everyone. It's definitely useful. But occasionally @JDMan will repeatedly resend the same message (@everyone) over and over and over again in a single day...
I use Discord on my Phone, my iPad and my Laptop. I personally am okay with seeing the message the first time on all of the devices... But the second, third and fourth times are excessive... @everyone sees the @everyone the first time it's sent. It doesn't need to be resent every 2 hours...
I feel that this thread was made in response to me complaining that @JDMan uses @everyone too much... That's the issue- not whether or not we should ban it in general.
The overall effectiveness of @everyone becomes meaningless when such messages are spammed... People begin to mute our discord channel for that reason...
TL;DR; @everyone is great if used in moderation.
@everyone sees the @everyone message the first time...

| @everyone i think we should keep @everyone  cuz it lets people know about important thhings like events and chobo league shit.. if you dont want it to blow up your phone or whatever then turn the alert thing off

| ppl abuse it. esp higher ranks. mad annoying. i voted yes. either that, or like.....make it something thats only used when necessary. it's kinda bad this is even an issue, but will a vote result really make a difference in the decision made? who knows....
