I'm now pushing active members from the Vanguard into squads. I'm encouraging players who aren't on Discord and floating around socially to get involved and/or participate in the group experiences. If you're a part of the Vanguard Crew and don't know it, you can check by looking up your name on the Rosters page. Members in a squad are more fit for events, and will be readily available for clan wars as their captains schedule them.
This will be a slow and tedious process, as I'm mostly working with members individually, but I PROMISE to the squad captains that they will have the manpower they need. Although they can do it themselves, working with me will make things run more smoothly, and encourage the clan to work together as a whole. At the end of the month, judgement will be served to those in the crew inactive, and those who leave the Vanguard one way or another will relinquish themselves of my dominion over them! So please, get out while you can, and find greater purpose in a squad! Your destiny awaits >:)
Be on the lookout for Vanguard crew trying to get into squads. If you're a captain and need men, please PM me or asks for specifics if you desire them and I'll do my best to sort it all out. Thanks--
P.S. - After/during meetings if you have them, be mindful of a potential event coordination/brainstorm for a fun and organized teams tournament. I'm going to be putting an event together for that soon, and I'll keep everyone posted when I decide to make it official and I'll post the format.
