We can spam "www.the-confederation.net" all we want in our games, we can recruit, we can hold tournaments, we can post on forums and we can claim we are the best clan out there. Not many will notice or care. We may retain members and have a lot of fun but there is no ambition in that. It doesn't matter who we are yet. What matters is our plan. If we want to become a more active and respected clan we need to get better at the game. Hit the ladder hard, do your research on builds, and grab a practice partner. The more people you beat(convincingly) and show respect to at the same time, the more people will want to be a part of Confed. On the ladder we will terrorize our opponents. We will use unusual tactics to confuse them. We will feed them false hope to poison their resolve. We will let them believe that they can win so we can watch the replays of them clamoring to stay in the game.
Step forward those who would serve, for an army will be raised. Blood will be shed...
And when it is done, when their home-worlds are ashes… then you have my permission to log off...
In all seriousness I think it should start on this ship. I challenge every crewmen/woman on Excalibur to improve their play. I will most likely be online Monday-Friday 6am-2pm most days. If you need a practice partner or want to talk some smack, hit the ladder, or participate in some inter-ship skirmishes let me know. If you are a casual gamer or do not want to participate in UMC events that is fine. If you have any period of inactivity planned please let it be known on the forums. I will be paying attention to inactive members of my ship and I will encourage promotion of active members and I will be hot on the heels of Our president and Fleet Admiral to purge any inactive players from Excalibur.Added (2013/August/20, 12:29 PM)

Recently I was playing on EU while battle.net was down for NA and I did a placement match against a Masters Terran and won. Here is the replay ZvT Triple Barrel Bust VS masters. I feel as though my name on EU reflects my mission statement lol. *salutes*
