| I still think that Raynor Kerrigan and Zeratul all end up dying in some final battle vs Amon
This will make it easier for them to have a SC3 down the road, they wont have to worry about explaining what happened to them or how any of their lives ended or blah blah blah, they can just end all their stories with a sacrificial victory against Amon and then skip into the future for SC3 whenever they do that

| They sacrifice themselves to stop Amon but then the real xelnaga show up and fuse Raynor, Kerrigan and Zeratul in a big three way pseudo-archon creating the first Orc which is then teleported into a release trailer for Warcraft IV.
I am also hoping for working clantag support and a LotV API.

| I thought they stated that LOTV was the end end of SC2? (no sc3)
For the campaign, I'm just hoping for some crazy shit... Fucking love Blizzards Cinematics they throw in.
For matchmaking: I want them to redo the ladder system; and possibly make MMR visible...
I don't see how else the three races can agree to some peace, unless as Neon Fire stated; Kerrigan, Raynor, and Artanis/Zeratul die killing Amon.
I can also bitch about balance and shit but that's not for here :P
Mainly hyped for campaign... Not too happy having to relearn Meta and etc for LOTV. As of now I'd probably be like friggin bronze league.

| You never throw away a much loved property like SC.
I can see them making this the last SC game with single player story mode and just making SC3 a more multiplayer based game with vs AI mode to learn on in the future as they are trying to jump on the free to play models.
It looks from the cinematic that Archons have a new ability to self implode and take another unit with it? I haven't seen it in the beta so maybe that is a story mode upgrade only?
If they were going to keep the story going they do have options where they could have one (Protoss most likely) sacrifice themself at the end of LOTV then future SC3 could be set in the future so Raynor has died (hes already old) and its just Kerrigan narrating after she takes the swarm somewhere new. This could open up for other races and a new line of heroes similar to what Warcraft 3 did from Warcraft 2.
These are just possibilities and Blizzard never disappoint me when it comes to SC (except auto injects) so Im sure the future will be fine.
Mind you Sc3 wont come out until 2131.
