Upon joining this clan JDMan showed me how to value this clan. At first it was something I had joined just to be in...
Though he made a joke about it; how I should have this website as my browser's homepage... He wanted me to have that kind of dedication to this clan... JDMan from what I've heard & read; has been here an long long time... Though I've only spoken with him a few brief times; those brief moments did in-fact make a huge change in how I perceived this clan.
JDMan will always be in my heart as that person who gave me a round of applause on the first clan war I participated in - even though I lost... He will be that person who made that sly joke on having this website book-marked- though later that night I did in-fact make this forum my homepage. It's made me interact more with the clan and its forums... Even if all I do is make a small troll comment once in awhile (the majority of them aren't- like this post..)
I will miss you JDMan . (I'm under the impression he is retiring as in 'leaving')

| I agree with everything you said. JDman and I go way back (as in, when I was 12 years old way back), and I'm really sad to see him give up his position.
However, he isn't exactly "leaving" as you would think. He's still going to stick around and play games and whatnot, he just won't have a heavy duty role within the clan any longer.
Hope that clears things up

| I will be working with the elders to complete a couple of our clan lore related projects such as a history page. Thank you for the kind words. Congratulations on a job well done. I remember meeting you back on Brood War when I first joined the clan. Man, where has the time gone? Over the years, you have contributed your time, effort, and ideas to ConFed. I know that I am honored to call you a friend and a former advisor. Hopefully we can finally accomplish the History page and other Elder projects.
You deserve this retirement and hopefully you can finally be at peace with your involvement with ConFed. You've done your part. That's all anyone can ask of you.
