I've given my talking points to ZZZ. Anything to risky to announce will be edited/removed from discussion prior to meeting. If you are rank Commander or higher and wish to see the documents, PM me and I'll send you a copy of the text via note pad attachment.

If anyone from HC is worried about my intentions, I will also send a copy for review, but I'd like at least one other member of my rank or higher to read some of this and tell me what I should leave out/add/edit.

I just been a bit emotional, my partner, prOPanda (formerly of OD) is spending a few more months before he retires from SC forever. I may be doing the same. Before I go, I'm proposing all of the ideas I was always considering, and since all my friends are gone, I can only depend on you guys now to have faith and help determine whether or not these things can help. But if I never tried, then my whole SC Career (1999 - 2016) will have been in vein, and I've never contributed anything except bashing a bunch of kids. If you wanna see how White_Ra become an e-sports diplomat, then hopefully we can realize that the potential of ConFed can surpass the potential of one pro-gamer. Imagine a community where, with the right moves, can finally be recognized as one of the greatest clans of all time, instead of being one of the oldest where people have forgotten. This is the LAST chance!!! ConFed reaches its full potential by the will of our members and guidance of leaders, or we can always be the clan that was fun, casual, and great, but had the potential to make such a bigger impact.

The only way this can happen -- since the oldschool heads are gone, is for the newcommers to trust us old heads and know we know what needs to be done to push us into massive exposure. NA clans will never be competitively dominant, thats why we should use our organized structure to set an example as a social institution, because if you're skilled at SC you know that ConFeds benefits are from its members, not the skills that our best players have. Hell, everyone knows once ur good enough in an NA team, u leave NA to join something better (if thats what u wanna be; a competitor) but if you're a casual player, we can use our skills and work together to create a community that will attract EVERYONE. and we can't do that unless you guys bring more meaning to the game other than skill level. And noone will ever help us unless you guys accept the rest of the wisdom, history, nostalgia, and knowledge us washed out, tired SC players have to leave behind for you. So, last chance to think I'm washed up and don't know what I'm talking about, or you can get involved, cuz every single different area of skill can help us. From technical support, advertisement and media, and diplomatic relations, we can consolidate all of our problems and fix them with a simple meeting.

We all owe this to Clark, the Legends, the Elders, and all those who ever truly had a vision for ConFed the way some of us still do. No clan uses our rank structure, giving us an advantage that we are living proof that 200 members in a clan can change the world and set the standards for what a truly well-rounded gaming community should be, and ConFed, having been #1, is the best representative on how a casual community could become the standard by which future clans are modeled after. Not to mention the data that could be submitted to national psychology institutions or sociology research conducted over a period of 12 or more years. We have proof that social order stays stable as long as we got a foundation to balance everything out, allowing anyone to join and contribute anything regardless of what they know or what they learn with us.
