| My fellow clansmen, I have grown tired of hearing ppl regard anything they think is stupid or bad as gay or queer! I have a fairly thick skin now but I will put my foot down if I hear it overused, Idk if I am overstepping my position as I am not an officer but I'm tired of seeing all the intolerance. (plz pm me if I am overstepping)
Confed is one of the most welcoming clans I have seen on Battle.net which is saying something.
My reason for bringing this up is that I am a gay man with Asperger's Syndrome or something akin to it which is part of the Autism spectrum. I have recently seen some nasty comments in the TS chat that struck me as alarming. I've already spoken to Air. Gay comments I can handle to a degree but I will not tolerate bad comments about Autism that all there is the say, I mean this is a real quick way to get my dander up.

| Sorry to hear about that Nico. You got friends here, though. Don't think you don't. Thanks for finally saying something about it.
I support Nico's response to disrespect and mistreatment of others in the clan. I believe that issues regarding behavior should always be a paramount part of manner rules/laws in ConFed. It also touches on the idea of individualism and being in a racism/biggotry-free environment. I don't like when ethnic or racial slurs are used either; even jokingly. I always personally ignore such things, but seeing another member affected by mistreatment is something we should all answer for.
Please encourage respect and kindness to each other. Anyone who's familiar with my diplomatic attitude knows that I always encourage this way of brotherhood, however silly it seems. As for official bureaucratic action, I believe we always seem to come back to this issue: someone talks shit; someone gets offended. nothing gets done in the long term of our conduct. What can ConFed do THIS time to take a stand against BM/flame/bullying/trolling/disrespect without confusing it with good old fashioned harmless banter? Is punishment deserved somewhere? Is this a misunderstanding? Are there more of these cases than just Nico? Might as well discuss now...
In my opinion, we need direction on this topic from High Command. Everything else would just be a discussion or speculation, but maybe that's where we need to begin...

Every day you come online you represent ConFed. You represent all the years of hard work, dedication, and drive from those before you. Every action you make in-clan and outside of Clan has a ripple throughout the Starcraft 2 Community.
We expect that all members show the up-most respect and maturity towards other members and other players at all times. In cases of dispute, please take it up in a private channel or contact a ConFed Officer to assist you in dealing with it. Failure to do so will result in a warning. Second offense will result in 1 Rank demotion. Third offense will result in your removal from ConFed. In the event a ConFed member BM's in a public event, the severity of the punishment will jump to Second offense. Think before you speak.
This applies in-game, on Forums, TeamSpeak, and any other SC2/Bnet related instance

Thank you for posting on our Forums. High Command encourages free speech in our Community Channel and TeamSpeak server. However we ask that members respect one another when communicating. If you ask someone to stop being disrespectful they should respect that. After speaking with you and seeing screenshots of what went down, you had clearly asked those involved (PlG and Airosskop) to refrain some speaking in such a way in which you described to me as "offensive" which I agree with. They should have known better and stopped when asked.
This is the second time we've had to talk to PlG, so he is being demoted from Private First Class to Private.
We've never had to talk to Airosskop in the past, so we made sure to set the bar straight with him to be respectful in our channels.
I'm sorry that this happened to you Nico! Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
