| I'll take some responsibility for this. I was asking about the promotions and just seeing what was goin on, so if any discussions were had about it, it's deff my fault for any sour discussion on the matter. | Well you may have noticed I haven't been around for 2 days. My ISP decided a while ago to randomly start direct debiting my account which I had asked them to stop doing about 5 years ago.
After a few months of direct debits I just left them doing it. I woke up to find out they had disconnected me for "non payment" and that I owed $650 in arrears that HAD to be paid before reconnecting me.
In reality they had stopped charging me by direct debit for no apparent reason and didn't bother to call me.
Easy enough I manage to scrounge together $750, 650 for the arrears and another 100 for the next month.
This is where the fun begins -
I rang every single account on their phone service trying to find out why I wasn't being reconnected. In total I have racked up over 8 hours on hold the last few days, so much so I have almost compeleted the original tomb raider game I was playing offline while waiting for them to sort the problem.
Their call center is in India and they told me they actually had no contact for the company and no way to reconnect me. I emailed them and also went on their facebook page.
The company has no actual way to contact it, just a call centre that makes you wait 2-3 hours per connection (whilst telling you that you are number 1 in the que) to either hang up on you because you don't understand them (yes one guy just hung up on me after I told him my issue) or to talk in circles.
Anyway after so much frustration and 48hours offline I am back.

| Mining Law exam tomorrow and then a week break and my Civil Procedure exam. I have the skip bin arriving for the week today to clean out the house ready to sell as well.
I can't wait to get to Murica next year. Australia is trying to kill me.
