| Hello Confed members,
You will notice that there has been some major restructuring within the UMC and many promotions and Job swaps. As Fleet Admiral I am committed to improving the UMC and creating a UMC that runs smoothly and efficiently towards the future. As such I have embarked on a strategy to create a culture of activity within the UMC and build a chain link that will help our members from Private up to Fleet Admiral.
Please congratulate and salute the following member who have been promoted into important roles within the UMC, and please also congratulate those who have served in these demanding roles as they move into other positions:
