I'd be surprised if all of these new units make it through beta.

I love how this expansion is supposed to be centered around Protoss, yet Blizzard gives the titular race a derpy unit (Disruptor) that only works when its being used against a down syndrome-stricken individual, while giving Terran (the race that had its due time during Wings Of Liberty) the best units out of those given to all 3 races.

To pour an ocean's worth of salt into the wound, Blizzard decides to nerf the Immortal by getting rid of the only thing that distinguished it from other anti-armor units; Hardened Shield.

Yeah, not stoked about LoTV, not at the moment at least.

What ZZZ is trying to say is: Switch to terran they op, lets all forget about the invulnerable nydus worms....

The invulnerable Nydus Worms may or may not be OP, depending on how you look at it, but they aren't nearly as OP as anything Terran got.

They actually have a bit of a counter: have vision around your base in order to kill any suspicious overseers.

Can't say the same about the Terran units though. dry

Let's take calm down and take a quick look at protoss...

Warp prism can basically give blink to any ground units.. ( with good micro )

Carrier op... can send out interceptors and fly away

The range, however, is so pathetic that any long-range unit could easily snipe the Warp Prism with good micro/positioning.

Problem is, interceptors themselves are so weak that any anti-air unit can slaughter them with no trouble whatsoever.

So, if Tempests can't attack air, what's going to be the Protoss counter against Battlecruisers?

1. Race-switch to Terran.

2. Kill the Terran player with a gimmmicky all-in and pray he has no idea what the hell hes doing.

...

Pick your poison.

That seems a bit pessimistic, but we shall see. I'm sure some sort of counter will develop that isn't readily obvious right now.
