| Greetings Confederation members,
Over the past few months we've had a special project going on. A brand new Rosters page! Yes! That's right! A whole Rosters page. But it's more than just names on a page, much more.
We're happy to present our new "Automatic Rosters Page". Our new Automatic Rosters Page nearly slices the work we have to do to keep our members organized in half and adds even cooler features than before!
The new Rosters page will display everyone currently in the Clan Private and above. Next to everyone you'll find their League and Race. Additionally you'll notice if a players name is green, yellow, or red. Green names represent active ConFed players, yellow names represent semi-active ConFed members, and Red names represent ConFed members who have not played a game in the past month. On top of all that you can see how many games a player has played in the past week/month/season. Oh, did I forget to mention it updates once every hour?
When new players come to our website they'll see more than just a list of names. They'll see active players in a wide variety of leagues and people will be much more inclined to join.
With that said, creating this Rosters page was no easy task. Our very own Confederation Security Advisor Remo retains the credit for coming up with the idea and taking his personal time to create it. Remo has spent well more than 100 hours coding and fine tuning this rosters page, listening and incorporating other members feed back, and ultimately changing the way we do inactive reports forever. Other teams have even asked how we pulled it off. The new rosters page is something to show off and something to be proud of.
Remo has went well above and beyond the call of duty and has made a major impact in Confederation history, changing a format and process we used for years into something much better. I would like to nominate Remo to receive a Confederation Medal of Honor.
The following is stated on the Awards page and it's description has remained the same for years,
Code "There is NO higher honor or award that a Confederation member can achieve. There are two ways in which a ConFed member can be awarded a Medal of Honor.
A. By making a momentous impact on ConFed and serving in the Clan far above and beyond the call of duty.
B. Occasionally a Confederation member who servered diligently and reached the level of JCOS will have to attend to other priorities, thereby forcing them to surrender what ever position they help in ConFed due to lack of online time. As a result, THESE special members are given the option to "retire" as Legends. If they choose this option, they earn this award automatically."
Remo has clearly demonstrated criteria A and I hope that you all feel the same. Please post your response in this thread, he deserves it.
Thank you, Fleet Admiral CrunChy

| Thank you guys. I am honored to receive this medal.
Several people have been involved in making this happen and I can't hope to list everyone but I would like to especially thank:
Shaazam for working with and encouraging me during the early development when this was just a command line script StarTaledBOB and Gigglesmirk for putting in a ton of work in the initial member import Jacobis for his encouragement and support during a time when development had stalled Crunchy for his incredible efforts yesterday to get users synchronized and the page into production Inflamary for his constant abuse
I would like to encourage anyone and everyone to submit their suggestions for both incremental and radical improvements. Further, there still exist a number of bugs we are aware of and I'm sure several we aren't aware of. You can't fix what you don't know is broken.
We may not be able to implement every idea and some may require more time and effort that others but don't let that discourage you from submitting your ideas.
Thank you all, Security Advisor Remo
