I would like to formally announce my Legend nomination for Shazaampoof. He has been an outstanding member of the Confederation. At every opportunity he has gone above and beyond for the clan. The amount of time he invested to helping Oblivion during his presidency, was even more impressive. I believe that he is definitely a legendary member, and I hope you will all nominate him as well.

| As an active Legend my vote is No, Though I do agree he has made large impacts on the clan, Legend should be reserved to those who have been with the clan for a very long time. It took me nearly a decade to achieve Legend status. I support him being awarded the Medal of Honor but not Legend status yet.

Also as an active Legend I do not support this nomination. Shazampoof has done much work for the Clan in which we are thankful for. I however feel that the criteria written on the "Legends" page are not met. I second Faded, A Medal of Honor is an appropriate award.
I'd like to nominate Shazampoof for a Medal of Honor.

| I Agree. Shazam is invaluable, but I personally haven't seen him perform on the standards of being a Legend of ConFed. I hope noone takes offense to this, but I believe Legends should follow this criteria:
-Be in ConFed over a year
-Be at LEAST Vice President or President
-Climbed the ranks from Private to the top, performing duties of all ranks along the way
-Be recommended as a legend by OTHER legends, not active Presidents, HC, or other current leaders.
That's just my opinion, but Shazaam, plz don't take offense. I think you're a great member, but I think more time is needed in order to be groomed to become Legend of ConFed status.

ShazamPoof was a fantastic Confederation Domestic Advisor and friend. He had countless hours invested in this clan over his tenure. No matter if it included the design and implementation of Ship Wars, handling clan incidents, or hosting tournaments, he was in the middle of it. While Shazam is a fantastic member and did put forth a lot of dedication and loyalty, I agree with CrunChy and Faded and second that the Medal of Honor, not Legend status, should be awarded to him.
While it is unfortunate to not be in full support of this motion, this still speaks volumes for the hard work Shazam put into the clan. I am eternally grateful for his hard work and support and believe that the Medal of Honor is a perfect reward.

1. ShazaamPoof has been a member for over 1 year.
2. He worked from private to CDA.
3. He played in many clan wars for the clan, and put starcraft above "real life" on many occasions.
4. He would of been Vice President had he and Oblivion not gotten so burnt out.
Which brings me to my final point. Shazam put alot of work into ship wars, ALOT of work, and the only thanks he got was complaints and bullshit from his fellow members, so much so he got burnt out.
I believe every legend should show dedication to the clan, which in his case for over a year of service he did. Also legends should lay the groundwork for the clan to grow and thrive. Building the ship wars system took alot of time and effort. And for that he should be rewarded. Furthermore until the end when he was burnt out because of laziness and disrespect by his fellow clan mates, Shazaam was there last January when the clan needed leadership, Shazam was there in may, and unfortunately would still be here if not for general douchebaggery.
I completely agree with his nomination. He was nominated, it was seconded, it should be so.

| I agree 100% with what JDman is saying. Although I have not been here for over a year, I have had the chance to work a lot with Shazam and Oblivion. Shazam did put starcraft before real life in most cases, but it gets to a point where that doesn't need to happen. I really enjoyed working with Shazam and I do think that he should become a ConFed Legend.
Life isn't about winning the race... It is about finishing the race, and how many people we can help finish the race.
