| Hey guys,
I'm in the process of finding more, active officers that I can communicate with and depend on for simple things like information and helping to recruit/rearrange/add people on various tags. Since there's not ALWAYS someone on to be able to add/recruit a new member or returning member, I'd like to send out a post to the clan requesting some members to step up and take Officer positions so I can have more people to rely on.
In order to help organize the UMC, I'm going to need more Officers, and many of you who joined during the Spring-Summer have been in the Confederation for several months now, and have proven to be loyal and active. I'll be needing some of you to take higher positions and help me reward those who deserve it, and create opportunities for those willing to do more for the clan as well as propose new ideas to make our clan operate more smoothly as well as help the chain of command be more reliable and lessen the work load on the highest ranks.
Please discuss this among your kinsmen, and I hope to see some of you who have been so loyal become rewarded for your efforts as well as given positions you feel you deserve, while simultaneously keeping the clan operations to run more smoothly.
