| So recently with ConFed there have been a lot of stuff happening, whether it be with the new competitive team to the new apparel or even the new art. There are also tons of stuff happening in the near future for the community. The next couple of months, clan wars will start back up and more events will be hosted by The Confederation.
Everyone enjoys playing in the clan wars and the tournaments but people rarely notice the backbone of the clan. High Command and all the officers give the clan 120% to make it the best it can be. Giving the community the option to buy the new jersey and hoodies or hosting weekly Ship Wars. Very few of you know how busy we are and the constant criticism and under appreciation that we get from the community is unreal. "Oh I don't like the blue", "Eh, the new logo is kinda bad, I can do better". Like really! For everything we do for you guys, you can't just be grateful.
Please be considerate about what you say, and don't only think about yourselves.

| I don't mind the actual logo, but the banner background is waay too interfering with the logo's colours. It needs to use purely dark colors to contrast well with the logo.
PS: Also, Striker, it is a little unreasonable to expect people to not give honest feedback on the end product. If it sucks, it needs to be said. If it is good, it needs to be said too. As always, giving constructive criticism is not disrespectful to the work done. It is a LOT more helpful than a thousand praises.

| The whole point of this post is not about bitching about the design of shirts or logo, it is the overall arching idea behind being considerate of those who don't just talk the talk, but walk the walk. Criticism is good, but there are also excellent ways of communicating this without being rude, ungrateful, or harsh.
Yes, running any organization will have this, but in ConFed it's a bit ridiculous. It is also compounded by the fact that people love to criticize and complain, but never want to actually help solve the issue.
Thanks for all the 'compliments' about the logo/shirts on this thread, but it's not what it's asking for.

Also you might not be looking for compliments but I really do like the new logo, especially when its spinning next to my hatchery. 
For those of high command and others who poor a lot of hours and time into the clan I just want it to be known that you have my respect because I know what its like (I am on my Football teams committee which usually means I end up doing all fundraisers myself, by myself lol). *Salute*.
