| What do you do before you prep for a day of starcraft?
What I do is get my coffee some plain chips some ketchup to dip them in....( I know what your thinking Why not just get ketchup chips and not be a weirdo Well you see....) and than I set up my stream and play some games I take breaks every few hours to keep the mind fresh.
Im just curious in your prep if there is any at all small changes can make all the difference in the win!!

| First off, I fucking love your name, and secondly, welcome aboard.
Personally, since I play Protoss I start my sessions off with a little gay porn. Afterwards, I stretch a bit and grab a craft beer or IPA and make sure my playlist is wonky and has a decent amount of Ricky Martin and Shania Twain. I'll warm up my hands by pressing 1a a couple of times and then queue up the ladder. During the games I try not to get too consumed so oftentimes you'll see my apm go from a scorching 80 to 0 so I can get up and move around a little bit. If I manage to pull off a few proxy tempests, or run a pure non gateway unit composition I will miraculously lose my pants. The more lasers, the less clothes I wear.
Hope that helps!

| I wake up, drink some COLD (not hot) water and meditate for a good 15 minutes to get my head cleared before tackling the ladder.

| Wake Up. Turn on Computer. Loose to 1a
Life isn't about winning the race... It is about finishing the race, and how many people we can help finish the race.

| Really I don't warm up at all...Jump on and play, I don't play long enough for snacks or whatever. However, If I were Protoss I'd start by banging my head on the keyboard.

| Light a hookah, stretch my hands and do some finger exercises, and usually end up paying 1 handed because of said hookah
