Goal
The goal of this build is to either cause enough economic damage to put ahead again, despite the SCV's you pulled, or straight up win the game. It is strongest against Zerg, because the majority of the time they will do a Hatchery First opening which delays their Zerglings enough to give you time to get a Bunker up. It is fairly good against Protoss, because a lot of the time they will do a 1 Gate FE, meaning they won't have enough units out in time to stop the Bunker. However if Probe's are pulled, this build can be warded off. The pros of this build are that it is very potent against Fast Expansions, however you have to have good marine control as well as know when to go all in or when to follow up with an expansion.

Build Order:
10 - Supply Depot (1)
11 - Send out 1st SCV
11 - Send out the SCV building the Supply Depot
11 - Build 2 Barracks in a proxy location
13 - Orbital Command
13 - Marine (1)
14 - Marine (2) - Constant Marine production from here
16 - Supply Depot (2)
16 - Pull 1-3 SCV's off your mineral line
17 - Bunker in your opponent's natural

When you execute your attack, you need to be very, very careful with your Marine's. That's what makes this build hard to do sometimes, one slip up can lose you everything. You want to move into your opponent's natural with your initial 3 Marine's as well as SCV's. Make sure that your opponent can't surround your initial Marine's with their Drone's, because that just ends the attack. You will need to micro your SCV's while kiting with the Marine's. SCV micro is a mix of attacking, retreating and holding position to protect your Marine's. You will have to use corners as well as your SCV's to make sure they survive until Marine's 4 and 5 come, because they will help you kill Drone's much faster.

After this first attack you have two options. The first is, you build 2 Command Centre's, one at your natural and one in your main, then you build 2 Barracks at your natural's ramp while floating back the 2 proxied Barracks to complete the wall, and build Refineries on your mains gas geysers. You can then tech up to Stim, Combat Shield, Siege Tank's and Medivac's while taking your 3rd base. From there, get double Engineering Bay's for upgrades, and play a normal macro game from your ahead position. The second option is, build 2 more Barrack's in a proxied position, and try and end the game from there. Only do this if you have killed a lot of your opponent's Drone's and don't think he can possibly have enough to defend it.

Cool! I've copies, pasted and printed this page. I will practice this and give it a try. I'm sure people will call it cheese but everything's part of the game right? smile

Thanks CrunChy

I like to macro not really cheese. That's a very very good cheese strategy don't get me wrong, but I usually macro and defend cheese, when I get cheesed I know I won the game because all you gotta do is go around it...expand and hit their natuall. I have done that and won so many games and the opponents get angry and rage because their cheese plan didn't work lol

Im a zerg and I found a way to counter the build but the chances of it succeeding really depends on how well u execute the build and what you do after it.

I've tried it and honestly... it's easy to defend it. I can say it's fun to try and throw them off guard.

As a zerg I'm in the habit of scouting on 10 drone and my first overlord, by the time both raxes are done my pool is on the way and half my drones are looking for the raxes. Yes this stall mining time, yes you can possibly kill half my workers, but if it is scouted then it's fairly easy to defend. I have to say I dont recommend it from the defender's point of view.
