Originally we were debating between holding a Ship Sign up on the Forums and having Captains draft their crew. This was brought up at our most recent Captain meeting which was held on 3/28/15, and after further discussion a random distribution process was decided to be the most fair method of filling our Ships for the very first time. Basically members will be randomly picked out and assigned a Ship. This way favoritism is prevented, no Ship will have an incredible league advantage over another, and new friendships are forged.
But with that said, there will be a method for members to request a Ship transfer. So this way you will be able to get on the Ship you want.
Hope that clears up some concerns!

| Basically the method for changing ships will be:
1. You will schedule a meeting time with me
2. You will start by doing the ConFed dance of request
3. Once the dance is completed you will put your offering on the floor in front of me and bow.
4. I will contemplate your offer over a banquet, provided by you.
5. Finally I will roll a d20. Above 15 your wish is granted. Between 8 and 15 you fail. Less than 8 and you are executed.
OR
You may choose trial by combat.
