ANSWERED: Cant play random 2v2 3v3 or 4v4?!

| Hey guys,
So ever since I bought HOTS I have not been able to play any of the game modes. But as soon as I join a party I can get into all of these game modes... Soooo it isn't a huge deal because I like 1v1s, but it still sucks that a good chunk of my game dosnt work.
-I have left the search on for 15 minutes multiple times, the thing just says "searching for game" or whatever the search text is...
-I checked a couple forums as well as battle.net forums and a lot of people are having this issue but no one knows how to fix it.
-I have uninstalled and the re-installed the game, didn't work
If anyone has any suggestions at all I would really appreciate it.. thanks

I have tried to do some digging for you. I did find a few other people that are having this problem, however no fix. I would recommend you contacting blizzard VIA live chat from battle.net. They would be able to help you with this problem. You can also call them at 1-800-592-5499.
